OMG + question

I am new at this. Can you tell?

I wanted everything so perfect before I really get down to "biz" and whata know...??
I checked out my blog (again) and noticed mis-spelled words! OMG! I freaked.

Do you bloggers type so fast and read so fast that you miss mistakes?
Do I look like a dork? What do you do to cover them up, or do you let them slide by?

Should I be proud that I said "steal" instead of "still" in the blog named TIME (BTW- my Mom pointed this out to me tonight)?! I am not proud. She laughed an annoying laugh.

My family loves to play Scrabble. I always win. But I guess today proved to my mother that I am not that "great" ;-) but geez, give me a break I am shaking writing these blogs!

Mom, so this is for you. Thank you for reading my Blog...

1933 could never picture it.
But you are living proof that a little imagination plus a hole' lot of computer crap makes for a nice evening.

Love you Mom.
peace

yes, i did see your spelling mistake, but i thought... oh well, i do it as well. you know, there's a spell checker on your screen before you post your blog. i think it's a check mark or something. you hit that and it'll go thru your blog and highlight everything in yellow that it sees as misspelled.

i'm glad mom is reading your blog!!! i think you're gonna become the blogging queen....

i'm telling ya... it gets on your mind and you'll soon find that you like it more than crafting!!! but hey... lots of ppl love that too, so that's another way to connect w/ ppl... talking about that.

love ya.

oh yeah, and once it highlights it in yellow, you put your cursor over it and it'll give you a list of other words and you just slide your cursor over it and i'll change it to that word. simple.

Now don't let me even get started on the Scrabble. I don't believe you always win, missy.

Hi Jahooni and welcome to blogging :)

I am welcoming you here rather than on the first post because I am not sure if you get your comments emailed to you, so...

It is a bit addictive to check and see who said what!

You sound like you will be a fun read, once you get on a roll. My parents read my blog sometimes too. At first I was embarrassed, even though it's not as if they don't know me! I guess having friends and strangers see innermost thoughts is easier than parents.

Anyway. Blog on!

um naief

I know how to use spell check. I am not that much of a dork! steal and still are spelled correctly.
Oh well...
Mom read your blog too. And the video (house) doesn't run on our computer at home. I will ask Brandon tonight why it won't.

Oliva,

Thank you for posting! I read your comments daily on my sister's blog. And have checked out your blog as well..... :-)
But I have to say... I need another "addiction" like I need a hole in the head!

Hi Jahooni...

Welcome to the blog world...

Blogging should be fun, don't push yourself to hard to think what you need to blog next, spelling mistakes that you are making, etc. Just take it easy... Take it as your personal journal.

For sure, you will get a lot of idea from reading other blogs.

Enjoy :)
