I sometimes wonder....

I often wonder and think about the people I have met in the blog world. Are they really who they say they are? What they talk about? Are they honest and sincere?

When i came across this picture it cracked me up because I bet there are "those" kinds out there. Gosh, wouldn't it be funny if here you all come to visit my blog thinking Jahooni is that Blondie in the picture when really... all honesty...
j/k but it would be funny!

********************************************

This weekend is the last weekend before my sister, my BIL and nephew go back home to Bahrain. It makes me sad. But I won't let that (or the constant rain that Cali is getting) to ruin our weekend. BUT I NEED HELP FROM YOU. I can't think of anything fun to do. I want to go to San Diego Zoo but it calls for rain. What can we do indoors that would be fun and exciting for a one year old???? It's been awhile since I planned for that age so I was hoping that you all can help me be creative.

********************************************

Have a great weekend everyone and I promise to show you pictures of the real Jahooni! ;)~

Jahooni! I didn't know you were in San Diego! I used to live in El Cajon and my husband grew up in San Diego. Small blogging world ...

I won't think less of you if you look like a frog. Looks don't matter to a gorilla if you've got a nice butt. The only fun thing to do with a one year old is throw it in the air and catch it. Tickling can also work.

I haven't a clue what to do with a one year old. I would guess that he'll have a pretty good time anywhere.

I guess you're too far from Monterey. That's my favorite place in Cali.

Dana,
i don't live in San Diego. It's about 1.5 hours from me.

GB,
If a Gorilla kissed a frog, what would it turn into? hymnn... ;-)

Jay,

I look forward to the pics.

I wonder who's behind the blogs, too.

Entertaining a one-year-old? I hear they're into big boobs.

Ok, I'm not REALLY a lesbian. I'm really a 60 yr old grampa in North Dakota with delusional tendencies.

Love that cartoon!

How about naked Yatzee?

It is a big hit in Kentucky, at family reunions...

A keg of beer, some jack Daniels and let the fun begin!

Just give the kid lots and lots of chocolate, and then a bouncy ball.

He'll be good...

Funny faces... I think that's enough to keep a 1 year old entertained for hours and hours... not so entertaining for you though ;)

I don't think (or want to think) that the blogging world has quite as many people as those represented in that picture.

Forums and stuff like that - especially "dating" places (both the general kind and definitely the raunchier places) will produce many of those.

I totally think the same thing about people in the world of the interweb. LOL.

I also am clueless about what entertains a one year old. I guess Vegas would be out of the question.

Excellent cartoon, tff. I'm really a fat bald guy, that works all the time and hunts other than that I am bored.

I have not no idea what to do with a 1 year old where you are. Are there indoor play parks? Slides. climbing frames, ball ponds?

There are some odd balls out there. Me? I am what you see - I don't have the time to pretend!

The best way to entertain a 1 year old is to give him an empty box. One that's half his size or bigger. They love boxes for some reason. He will eventually wear himself out playing with the box and fall asleep in it. That's when you pack him up and ship him to China.

Kidding, but not about the box thing.
