Ixtapa, Mexico




I have 26 days before I go on a mini vacation to Mexico for some MUCH needed R&R and oh yah my 10 Year Wedding Anniversary! ME married for 10 years, scary! WOW ;)~
Actually we are going a month early because my boss has the 2 weeks that I needed off for his New York trip (another place I would love to go someday), so what does an "assistant" do?! Take an entirely different trip, shut up and Be Happy! Anything at this point is better than nothing, right?

Now I just need to lose 12 lbs FAST! I have these shorts that are too darn cute that I almost can squeeze into. So no eating, only drinking water, exercise 5 times a day (yeah right) etc. etc. But this really is a serious issue people. Any advise on the fastest way to get into the itsy bitsy teeny bikini?

The only advice I can give you is that you should definitely post pics of you in the itsy-bitsy teeny weeny bikini! ;-)

I didn't have the time to go to your island but I had our travel agency look into it. The flight alone would have sucked up too much time. Mexico for us is 3.5 hours straight shot.

Just go to the nude beach. Your bikini size will not be an issue. Just make sure you let us know what the name of that beach is ok?

I lost 65 pounds drinking water and eating primarily only soup. Stay away from the bread. Cheers Jahooooooni!!

Liposuction? It's quick... but I'm not sure it'd be worth it. Just get out on a daily run and watch what you eat, and you should be fine.

So it's nearly a month. Matt Man starts you off well by ruling out bread. I'd say cut down on wheat overall, as well as sugar, pasta, most carbs in fact. More protein. Speaking of which, before summer or holidays my ex landlady who is quite a fashionable and posh lady would go on a two week egg and spinach diet. In various forms. Maybe you could Google for more detail. Also, drink lotsa water, ginger and/or peppermint tea...a few stomach crunches in the morning?

You can totally do it!

Lots of water - lots of it - veggies & fruit, protein bars,and lots of treadmill otta do it. The others are correct - limit your carbs - but don't take em out totally or your brain will not function. Seriously.

I've got 67 days to lose 5 pounds and try to get a six pack. (no, not of beer - though that might be easier... LOL)

Oh yea I didn't mean all carbs. It's just that wheat products tend to cause bloating.

Rice is a good carb though, rice and rice noodles might be a decent replacement for egg noodles/pasta.
