Another Monday morning... YUK YUK YUK! Had a fun weekend though... got my hair colored and chopped off. Very cute. Spent time with the in-laws in Orange County and then spent all day Sunday at Disneyland! Yep, we saw Micky Mouse. Took a cute picture of the family with him and will post it when I get back from my business trip this week...
I have to take a GBS class (this is the software that we use in my office) and since I am pretty much a one woman show... oh yah, and the agent I work for ;-), we thought it might be helpful to learn just exactly what all the system will allow us to do to create a balance and more funchtional office system with our client data base.
I enjoy Vegas but I haven't gone alone... the Hotel that the course is at doesn't even have a CASINO! I was like WHAT THE *&^%! HECK! I thought ALL HOTELS have them! I am flying out from Ontario airport and the flight is about 45 minutes... just enough time to get up in the air, order a drink, and then you're there.... I have all day Wednesday to bum around... guess I will take a Taxi to the strip to find a hotel that I can lose all my money at. Class starts at 7am sharp both Thursday and Friday..... so not much fun will be had on this trip to Vegas.

First time I dropped a coin in a Vegas slot was at the airport just passing through. Husband and I got pulled over by a wannacop and they id'd us before we were allowed to drop the quarter in.
I went to disney world for my college graduation. My husband and I vowed never to return until the kids were old enough to remember it. I am glad your experience was better than ours. nuff said!

My daughter is 7... and we have been taking her since she was little but when you live right here it's easy to get in and out and make it an all dayer or half dayer! Day"er", is that a word?
I love the slots but my 75 year old mother is the addict of the family...;-)
So how was the gambling in vegas then? Win anything? A Snickers bar? A Porsche?

Hope you have fun in Vegas!! I am not the gambling type but I do definately want to get to Vegas sometime and just SEE it...I hear it's quite amazing. I would also like to see a show or two.

logziella, you should take a look at our YouTube site. we have a video of the fountain show outside of the bellagio. it's really nice. i think you'd love vegas. we went on the strip, into the hotels and casinos and didn't spend a cent. the hotels there are way too expensive and they take your money, but it's fun just walking around, looking at ppl (coz you see ALL kinds there) and just being a part of the whole thing.
i'm one of those types that can't stand the place for more than 2 days. i get sick of listening to the machines, the smell and such. but it's fun for me to walk around.... but don't go in the summer or you'll regret it. it gets way too hot there.

logziella, sorry it's taken me soooo long to reply. i really apologize for that.
if you go to YouTube, type in "alfanan" in the search engine. it'll bring up all the video we have online. the one that says "dancing fountain" is of the fountain show in front of the bellagio hotel while we were in vegas. it doesn't really show the ppl walking past, but you can get a site of those on my flickr acct, if you want to take a look at that.
we took lots of photos while in vegas, and some of the ppl just happened to wind up there. :)
